Virginia based ceramicist and crafter, Caryn Danoff , happily shares Totally Whimsical by Caryn with you. The artist, a retired pediatric nurse, is a life time creative spirit. Caryn, found her love for ceramics in 2019 when she took a pottery class and fell in love with the endless opportunities the world of pottery offered. She found her unique stand-out style of creating meticulously hand decorated ceramic pieces that are alive with color, applique work, and intricate details. She transforms her clay bodies with color and embellishments so each piece is a one of a kind work of art.
Totally Whimsical by Caryn is perfectly named. It describes Caryn's fun, playful, and outgoing personality and lively approach to all she does.
